This was my first time using a storage unit company. While it is not a major commercial operation, I do appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the attentive communication via both email and telephone.
I once had an issue with the gate due to a power outage, and the staff met me in person to open the premises for me in a timely manner.
I don’t think you can beat the convenience of having someone readily available to help you out as well as prompt effective electronic communication.
